1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after order confirmation.
Handmade & Custom Pieces: Some handmade or specially crafted items may require additional time. If so, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping Duration: 6–8 business days
Couriers We Use: We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges apply as per the area pin code.
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment but may be introduced soon.
Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are serviceable before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can monitor your parcel in real-time and get estimated delivery updates.
6. Packaging
All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging with special care to protect delicate handmade and silver replica items.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or incorrect addresses.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us immediately with your order number.
8. Missed Deliveries
If the courier partner is unable to reach you after 2 attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply for sending the parcel again.
