    • Shipping Duration: Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days across India.
    • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A nominal fee applies otherwise.
    • Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
    • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • Please share an unboxing video and photos via WhatsApp or email for verification.
    • Once approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund (as applicable).
    • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, size, or usage wear.
    • Note: Custom-made and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
